3.Description of Document upload during Project Registration

1.	Registration certificate of Firm/Company/etc.	Registration certificate issued from concerned U.L.B/Zila Parishad/Regional development authority whichever is applicable.
2.	Ownership Documents	(Sale Deed+Mutation+Up to date Rent Receipt) / Khatiyan + Up to date Rent Receipt Whichever is Applicable.
3.	Development Agreement	Agreement between Land owner and Builder/ Developer.
4.	Permission Letter	Permission letter/Permit issue by concerned ULB(Whichever is applicable).
5.	Performa of Allotment Letter	Performa of letter issued by builder/Developer to Customer.
6.	Performa of Agreement for sale	Customized Performa of Agreement for sale between Developer/builder and customer as annexure ‘G’ of Jharkhand RERA Rules 2017.
7.	Performa of Conveyance	Performa of Conveyance Deed which will execute in between builder/developer and allottee (Customer).
8.	Form B	Affidavit cum declaration by Applicant which is downloaded after submission of Application (System Generated).
9.	Name of Architect	Name of Architect mention on drawing/Map.
10.	Floor Details	Each Block, Each Floor and Every Flat.
